Current mood: aggravated

My computer crashed while I was out watching a movie with a friend. Foo. That means all my IMs and projects were lost. I saved the important stuff. But still.

I need to get new drivers and perhaps a new video card.

All of this happened when I tried to install City of Heroes. Guess it doesn't like my computer...

Hey, if you ever get it to work, make a character on the Triumph server and we can beat each other up.

Yep, it was my graphics card that was fudged up. Got a new one, and while I was at it, I took apart my computer and pimped it out some. Yup yup. Now I can run City of Heroes.

I am making 2 characters on the Triumph server, but I'm too tired to really do the tutorial tonight. Soon, I shall learn how to play the game. Soon I shall defeat you!!!!!!!!

*Yawn. Must go to sleep. Must resist the lure of the xbox. No, more importantly, must resist the lure of the books sitting by my bed waiting to be read.

Oh yeah, have you heard about the fun little pluto debate?

The best part is when Cthulhu eats Scott. I have that very same stuffed Cthulhu, but I had no idea he was from Pluto!

Anyway, I've known for ages that Pluto isn't really a planet. It's a secret alien space station! They made it just the right size so that we stupid humans would argue over whether it was a planet or an asteroid, and never consider the possibility that it's actually THE DEATH STAR.

CoH and CoV have different game worlds, but there are player-vs-player crossover zones where you can fight with heroes or villains from the other game. I haven't actually tried any of them out yet, but apparently they range from tournament style fights to all-out supergroup guerrilla street war. I kind of wish they'd make both worlds accessible to both sides...

Anyway, it'll be nice to have an arch-nemesis! I've been wanting one of those. It'll give my life meaning.
